Counsel for leaders deciding under pressure, and the assessment and roadmap that follow. For organizations that are stuck, or whose pilots never scaled.
Retainer, engagement,or full transformation
We have sat in the seat that decides, built the tool ourselves, and written the controls around it.
Most operators hire three firms for that.
The frameworks ran out before the people did.
Organizations do not struggle because they lack intelligence or effort. They struggle because the pace of change has outgrown the frameworks used to lead them. Corsac Vantage is a premium AI strategy and build practice founded by a practitioner. Strategy informed by what actually works in deployment. Deployment informed by what actually advances strategy.
A fox that survives and thrives in some of the harshest environments. It does not rely on brute force. It succeeds through adaptability, awareness, and strategic movement.
Perspective. The ability to step above the noise and see the terrain clearly, far enough ahead that the decision is still yours to make.

It is not simply about reacting to change.
It is about seeing opportunity before others recognize it.
Most AI failures start with action before assessment. Diagnosis precedes prescription.
Every engagement starts with the business strategy and asks where AI creates advantage, not where AI can be used.
The right things in the wrong order destroy more transformations than slow execution.
Engagements transfer capability to your team. You do not leave dependent on us.
Ungoverned AI deployment creates risk that compounds. Governance comes first, even when it slows early momentum.
Success is measured by what you achieve, not by what we delivered.
The diagnosis is the work. A roadmap is earned through it, not offered on a first call. Engagements are scoped to capacity, and declined with candor when the fit is not right.

Retainer, engagement,Agents, automations, and the workflows around them, with governance from day one. Scoped and priced before anything starts. Delivered, handed over, and yours.
Agents, automations, workflows,Your platform configured properly, your writing voice captured, and your team taught to use both. For teams that tried AI and concluded it was overhyped.

Two tracks. Advisory work is sized to organizations carrying real complexity. Build work is sized to the problem, whether that is one founder with a single workflow or a national operation. What matters is the problem, not the headcount.
We map the current state, identify where the friction actually sits, and test whether AI is the right intervention. You leave with a written diagnosis, a sequenced roadmap, and a clear recommendation. It is scoped, paid, and yours to keep whether or not we work together after it.
Assessments typically begin within two to three weeks of a signed scope. Build work follows the assessment. We do not start implementation before diagnosis, so the honest answer depends on how quickly your team can get through intake.
Yes. We are not a reseller and we have no platform to push. Agents and automations are built against the systems you already run, and the recommendation accounts for what you have already paid for.
You do. Deliverables, source, prompts, configuration, and documentation transfer to you at the end of the engagement. Our general frameworks and methodology remain ours. That line is written into the contract, not left to interpretation.
Your team operates what we built. Capability transfer is a phase of the work, not an afterthought, and the engagement is not complete until your people can run the system without us. Managed Operation is available if you would rather we stay on, but it is optional by design.
Yes. Confidentiality is the default rather than something you have to ask for. Most of our build work sits under NDA and stays off this site by design.
Then we say so, and the assessment tells you what to fix instead. A meaningful share of the problems we are called in for turn out to be process or data problems presented as AI problems. Recommending a deployment you do not need is a faster way to lose a relationship than declining the work.
Three points of entry, because these are three different conversations. Tell us which one applies and the first response will already be substantive.
The Foxhall Factor: AI does not replace strategy. It raises the cost of getting strategy wrong.
