Questions, answered directly.
Every engagement starts with a free 20 minute Discovery and Alignment call and is scoped and priced in writing before work begins. Builds transfer to you with the source. The answers below cover process, timing, ownership, confidentiality, and the firm itself. Updated 13 October 2026.
Getting started
How does an engagement with Corsac Vantage start?
With a free 20 minute Discovery and Alignment call. A short online intake comes first, about ten minutes, and a team member follows up by email to arrange the call. Strategy work then moves to a scoped assessment. Build work moves to a paid scoping session that is credited against the build. Enablement starts with a light assessment.
How is the work priced?
Advise, Build, and Enable are priced at scoping, in writing, before work starts. The Discovery and Alignment call is free, the assessment is paid and yours to keep, and build scoping is credited against the build. The AI visibility audit is from $1,500, fix projects from $2,500, and retainers from $750 a month.
What happens in the assessment?
We map the current state, identify where the friction actually sits, and test whether AI is the right intervention. You leave with a written diagnosis, a sequenced roadmap, and a clear recommendation. It is scoped, paid, and yours to keep whether or not we work together after it.
What are the typical timelines?
Assessments typically begin within two to three weeks of a signed scope. Build work follows the assessment. Implementation starts after diagnosis, so the start date depends on how quickly your team can get through intake.
How long does a build take?
A Single Agent Build takes from one week. Connected Systems take from three weeks, Agents and Automation Systems from six, a Custom Application Build from eight, and an Operational Intelligence Build from twelve. Every build is scoped and priced before it starts.
The work
Do you build on top of our existing stack?
Yes. We are not a reseller and we have no platform to push. Agents and automations are built against the systems you already run, and the recommendation accounts for what you have already paid for.
Which AI platforms does Corsac Vantage work with?
Claude from Anthropic, ChatGPT and the OpenAI API, and Microsoft Copilot. Enablement work sets up whichever of the three a team already uses. Builds connect to the systems a client already runs. The full list is on the What We Work With page.
What will Corsac Vantage not automate?
Anything a person will have to answer for. The agents we build prepare, draft, check, and route work inside written limits, with tiered authority and escalation paths. Approvals with legal, financial, or customer consequences stay with a named person, and every system keeps an audit trail. The limits are agreed before the build starts.
Who owns the agents you build?
You do. Deliverables, source, prompts, configuration, and documentation transfer to you at the end of the engagement. Our general frameworks and methodology remain ours, and the contract sets out that split.
What happens when the engagement ends?
Your team operates what we built. Capability transfer is a phase of the work, and the engagement is complete when your people can run the system without us. Managed Operation is available as an option if you would rather we stay on.
What if AI is not the answer?
Then we say so, and the assessment tells you what to fix instead. A meaningful share of the problems we are called in for turn out to be process or data problems presented as AI problems.
The firm
Where is Corsac Vantage based?
Corsac Vantage LLC is a Texas limited liability company. Work is delivered remotely, with workshops and executive briefings available on site. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Central Time, and the contact address is info@corsacvantage.com.
Is Corsac Vantage affiliated with Corsac Technologies or Vantage.sh?
No. Corsac Vantage LLC is an independent company with no parent company. It has no connection to Corsac Technologies, Corsac Partners, or Vantage.sh, a cloud cost management company. The firm's own site is corsacvantage.com and its only published contact is info@corsacvantage.com.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. Confidentiality is the default. Most of our build work sits under NDA and does not appear on this site.
Does Corsac Vantage use AI in its own work?
Yes. The firm runs on The AI Den, its own governed agent roster with tiered authority and hard-veto roles. Anything the firm sends to a client or publishes is reviewed by a person first. The assistant on this site runs on Claude, says it is an AI, and passes every intake brief to a person on the team.
