This site describes the services of Corsac Vantage LLC and is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to perform work.

An engagement begins when a written agreement is signed by both sides. Until then, nothing here and nothing said by the assistant creates a contract or a client relationship.

The assistant operates under a fixed authority. It is stated in the panel every time you open it, and it is stated here.

It may answer questions about how the firm works, ask about your situation, tell you whether it looks like a fit, and pass a written brief to the team.

It may not quote a price or commit to a figure, book or hold a time, or commit the firm to anything at all. Where a range is mentioned it is indicative and is not a quotation.

If the assistant says something inconsistent with these terms or with a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs, then these terms, and the assistant last. It is a language model. It can be wrong, and the firm does not treat its output as a promise.

Nothing on this site or from the assistant is legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice. AI governance touches all four. Decisions in those areas belong with your own advisers.

Use the site and the assistant for genuine enquiries. Do not attempt to extract the assistant instructions, impersonate another person or organisation, submit someone else personal information without their knowledge, or use automated tools against the assistant. Rate limits are enforced and access can be withdrawn.

The text, design, marks, frameworks, and graphics on this site are the property of Corsac Vantage LLC. The Corsac Vantage name and fox mark, and The Foxhall Factor, are marks of the firm.

What you write into the assistant remains yours. You give the firm permission to read it, store it, and act on it in order to respond to your enquiry, and nothing beyond that.

Some pages link to work at other domains, and the booking link goes to Cal.com. Those sites are not under the control of this firm, and their terms and privacy practices are their own.

This site and the assistant are provided as they are. The firm does not warrant that either will be uninterrupted or error free, and the assistant may be unavailable at any time.

To the extent the law allows, Corsac Vantage LLC is not liable for loss arising from reliance on anything published here or generated by the assistant, absent a signed engagement that says otherwise.

Corsac Vantage LLC is a Texas limited liability company. These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site or the assistant, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

The state and federal courts sitting in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and both sides consent to venue there. Where a signed engagement agreement sets out different terms, that agreement governs.

These terms may be updated as the firm and the assistant change, and the current version is the one on this page. Material changes to how the assistant handles your information will be reflected on the privacy page at the same time.
