Your data, on request.
You can ask Corsac Vantage for a copy of what it holds about you, a correction, or deletion. Email info@corsacvantage.com from the address you gave the assistant, with Privacy in the subject line. Requests are completed within 45 days and cost nothing.
What the firm may hold
Reading this site creates no record. A record exists only if you used the assistant: the conversation, and for an intake, your name, work email, company, and role, and a phone number if you chose to give one. The browser's user agent, the referring page, and a hashed form of your IP address are stored with it. The Privacy page has the full detail.
How to ask
A copy. Everything stored about you, sent to the address on the record.
A correction. Tell us what is wrong and what it should say.
Deletion. The conversation and contact details are removed from the database, along with the written brief sent to the team.
No further contact. The team will not follow up on the intake.
If you no longer use the address you gave, or you are asking on someone else's behalf, tell us enough to find the record and to confirm you are entitled to ask.
Confirming it is you
Before acting, the team replies to the email address on the record and asks you to confirm. Nothing is sent to any other address.
Requests are acknowledged, completed within 45 days, and confirmed in writing when done.
