See the terrain first.

Strategy and delivery rarely live in the same practice. At Corsac Vantage they do, and the controls stay in your hands.

The Position

The frameworks ran out before the people did.

Organizations do not struggle because they lack intelligence or effort. They struggle because the pace of change has outgrown the frameworks used to lead them. Corsac Vantage is a premium AI strategy and build practice run by a practitioner. Strategy informed by what actually works in deployment. Deployment informed by what actually advances strategy.

The Name Behind the Firm

The Corsac fox is known for surviving and thriving in some of the harshest environments on earth. It does not rely on brute force. It succeeds through adaptability, awareness, and strategic movement.

The word Vantage represents perspective: the ability to step above the noise and see the terrain clearly.

Together, Corsac Vantage represents the intersection of:

  1. iStrategic clarity
  2. iiIntelligent adaptation
  3. iiiDecisive execution

It is not simply about reacting to change.
It is about seeing opportunity before others recognize it.

The Corsac Method

Six principles,
applied without exception.

01

See the terrain before choosing the path

Most AI failures start with action before assessment. Diagnosis precedes prescription.

02

Strategy before technology

Every engagement starts with the business strategy and asks where AI creates advantage, not where AI can be used.

03

Sequence beats speed

The right things in the wrong order destroy more transformations than slow execution.

04

Capability over deliverable

Engagements transfer capability to your team. You do not leave dependent on us.

05

Govern, then scale

Ungoverned AI deployment creates risk that compounds. Governance comes first, even when it slows early momentum.

06

Outcome over output

Success is measured by what you achieve, not by what we delivered.

Engagements

Every engagement begins with a paid assessment.

The diagnosis is the work. A roadmap is earned through it, not offered on a first call.

Agents and Automation Systems

Custom agents, automations, and workflows deployed into your operation, with a governance layer from day one: tiered authority, hard-veto roles, escalation paths, audit trails. That is the difference between an agent trusted with real work and one that quietly becomes a liability.

Corsac Vantage is not a staffing firm, a reseller, or a pilot factory. Engagements are scoped to capacity, and declined with candor when the fit is not right.

Selected Work

Proof, not promises.

Fit

Where this work fits, and where it does not.

Well suited when

  • Mid-market to enterprise, roughly $25M to $500M in revenue
  • Leadership ready to decide, not just gather information
  • Pilot fatigue with nothing scaled
  • Competitive pressure to integrate AI faster than the organization can absorb
  • Acquisition or fundraising context requiring AI sophistication

Less suited when

  • The decision comes down to the lowest bidder
  • The sponsor holds no decision authority
  • AI is a checkbox rather than a transformation
  • The work is operational labor without strategic leverage
Questions

Before you reach out.

What happens in the assessment?

We map the current state, identify where the friction actually sits, and test whether AI is the right intervention. You leave with a written diagnosis, a sequenced roadmap, and a clear recommendation. It is scoped, paid, and yours to keep whether or not we work together after it.

How fast can we start?

Assessments typically begin within two to three weeks of a signed scope. Build work follows the assessment. We do not start implementation before diagnosis, so the honest answer depends on how quickly your team can get through intake.

Do you build on top of our existing stack?

Yes. We are not a reseller and we have no platform to push. Agents and automations are built against the systems you already run, and the recommendation accounts for what you have already paid for.

Who owns the agents you build?

You do. Deliverables, source, prompts, configuration, and documentation transfer to you at the end of the engagement. Our general frameworks and methodology remain ours. That line is written into the contract, not left to interpretation.

What happens when the engagement ends?

Your team operates what we built. Capability transfer is a phase of the work, not an afterthought, and the engagement is not complete until your people can run the system without us. Managed Operation is available if you would rather we stay on, but it is optional by design.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. Confidentiality is the default rather than something you have to ask for. Most of our build work sits under NDA and stays off this site by design.

What if AI is not the answer?

Then we say so, and the assessment tells you what to fix instead. A meaningful share of the problems we are called in for turn out to be process or data problems presented as AI problems. Recommending a deployment you do not need is a faster way to lose a relationship than declining the work.

Start Here

Start with the terrain.

A scoped assessment. An honest diagnosis. A roadmap that stays yours, whether or not we continue together.

The Foxhall Factor: AI does not replace strategy. It raises the cost of getting strategy wrong.
