The Insight

AI deployment fails without governance. Most operators have no operating system.

That conviction did not come from a whitepaper. It came from holding two seats at once: accountable for risk and controls in a national lending organization, while championing its AI adoption. Standing in both makes the gap plain. The technology arrives long before the authority model that should govern it.

The Origin

From operator to architect.

Lynette J. Foxhall has spent close to thirty years inside the institutions that most AI advisors only read about. Automotive captive finance. National bank consumer and commercial lending. OEM distribution. A franchise dealership floor.

She began in operations rather than strategy. At Chrysler Financial she directed a workforce of more than 350 against a $9.5 billion receivables portfolio, and in a peak year brought it in twenty percent ahead of loss budget, returning $11.7 million to the bottom line. She went on to lead Bank of America's national consumer vehicle lending underwriting and fulfillment operation, including white-label lending for Volvo Car Financial Services, and served as de facto chief operating officer for the bank's Southeast business banking region.

Between the bank seats she carried full P&L on a $250,000-per-week rental division for Cintas as the Western Region's first female general manager, and spent a year inside a Reno franchise dealership running sales and service in preparation for a dealer principal role. That detour matters more than it looks. It is why she reads a dealership the way an operator does rather than the way a lender does.

Most recently she served as senior vice president and strategy and planning director for Wells Fargo Auto's national relationship management organization, and as chief of staff and chief operating officer to its head. She was that organization's AI Champion, and delivered AI is not a Technology Shift, AI is a Leadership Shift to the Wells Fargo Auto Leadership Meeting.

She has left that seat to build Corsac Vantage full time. Thirty years of running the operation, and now the firm that rebuilds how those operations decide.

Jobs are already being lost to AI. The ones left will go to the people who use it better than everyone else in the room. Lynette J. Foxhall
The Method

The insight became a method, then an architecture.

SCOPE.AI is her own framework builder. It sits underneath every Corsac Vantage engagement: what gets assessed, in what order, and against what evidence.

The Corsac Method is the working methodology behind every Corsac Vantage engagement. Six principles, developed through real client work rather than derived in the abstract, covering how to diagnose before prescribing, how to sequence a transformation, and how to govern an AI system before scaling it.

The AI Den is what the method looks like when it is built rather than written: tiered authority, hard-veto roles, escalation paths, and a specialist agent roster running the firm's own operations. Corsac Vantage does not advise clients to govern their AI and then run its own without governance.

Beyond the Firm

Writing, speaking, and credentials.

Lynette writes and speaks on the AI-first operating model, agent governance, and what it takes to decide well when the ground keeps moving. AI is not a Technology Shift, AI is a Leadership Shift, delivered to the Wells Fargo Auto Leadership Meeting, argues the case she spent three years proving inside a regulated lender.

The Foxhall Factor™ is her published methodology for relationship managers in auto finance, built on a premise that travels well outside it: relationships without relevance have become a liability.

She participates in AI industry conversations as a Black woman leading in the field, and takes that seriously enough to be selective about it. She declines tokenistic appearances and DEI engagements without operational depth. Mentorship and advising are offered to underrepresented founders where she can actually be useful.
