What we collect, and what we do not.

Reading this site collects nothing at all. The assistant collects what you type and what you choose to tell it. Here is the detail.

Reading this site

Nothing is collected. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and loads no tracking pixels. Typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font network, so no third party is told which pages you read. Nothing is written to local storage.

You can read every page here without leaving a record with us or with anyone else.

Using the assistant

The assistant is the one place this site collects anything, and it collects three kinds of information.

What you type. The conversation is stored in full, so the team can read it as a written brief rather than asking you to repeat yourself.

What you choose to give. If you start an intake, the assistant asks for your name, work email, company, and role. Those are stored alongside the conversation. The quick questions assistant does not ask for any of this.

If you dictate. The intake has an optional microphone button. Pressing it hands the audio to your browser speech service for transcription. We receive only the resulting text, which then lands in the conversation like anything you typed. We never receive the audio and we do not store it.

What the request carries. Your browser sends a user agent string and, if you arrived from another page, a referring address. Both are stored. Your IP address is not stored. It is converted to a one way hash with a secret salt, and only the hash is kept. That is enough to enforce rate limits and not enough to identify you.

Who else sees it

Running an AI assistant means other companies process what you type. These are the only ones, and each does one job.

Anthropic provides the model. Your conversation is sent there to generate each reply.

Supabase hosts the database where conversations and contact details are stored.

Vercel hosts this site and runs the code behind the assistant.

Resend delivers the notification email that tells the team an intake is complete. That email contains the brief.

Cal.com is involved only if you follow a booking link. At that point you are on their site under their terms. We do not pass them anything.

Your browser speech service, and only if you press the dictation button on the intake. Speech is transcribed by the browser rather than by us. In Chrome that means the audio is sent to Google. The button appears only where the browser offers the feature, it never starts on its own, and dictation is never required. Type instead and no audio leaves your device.

Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising. There is no advertising here to share it with.

How long it is kept

Intake conversations and the contact details attached to them are kept until you ask us to delete them. There is no automatic expiry at present, and this page will say so plainly rather than imply a schedule that does not exist.

Ask and it goes. Email aiconsultants@corsacvantage.com from the address you gave us, or tell us enough to find the record, and we will delete the conversation and the contact details and confirm when it is done. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it.

A word about the assistant itself

The assistant is an AI system rather than a person, and it says so. It can answer questions about the firm, ask about your situation, and pass a brief to the team. It cannot quote a price, commit the firm to anything, or book a time.

Treat it as you would any first conversation with a firm you have not engaged. It is not a secure channel and it is not covered by a confidentiality agreement. Please do not paste credentials, personal data belonging to other people, or anything under an existing NDA into it.
